Summit Parks Estates is a single family, residential neighborhood.  We strive to create attractive surroundings so property owners can enjoy the beauty and serenity offered by our mountain homes.   Homeowners may rent their homes, and many do.  This is a legal right and one we support. At the same time we want to ensure that those who live near rental properties receive the kind of consideration and respect we all want for each other.  

We understand that very often renters are here to celebrate an occasion or enjoy a gathering of family and friends. From time to time their actions cause significant disturbances for homeowners nearby.  To ensure renters understand the expectations our association has for their personal conduct we have put in place a rental contract addendum to be used in each contract with a renter. The addendum states these expectations along the rules of our association relevant to renters, which we follow as property owners.
